Training Module – 5 Days5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

For the effective operation of this project, a 5-day training programme will be organized for district coordinators, block/tehsil / gram panchayat coordinators, field workers and volunteers.इस परियोजना के प्रभावी संचालन के लिए जिला कोऑर्डिनेटर, ब्लॉक/तहसील / ग्राम पंचायत कोऑर्डिनेटर, फील्ड कार्यकर्ता एवं वॉलेंटियर के लिए 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।

The aim of this training is not just to provide information related to the project, but to connect the participants with the process of “Learning by Doing”. During the training, the participants will be given theoretical information along with practical exercises, field visits, communication practice, demonstrations, surveys, record management and daily homework.इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य केवल परियोजना से संबंधित जानकारी प्रदान करना नहीं है, बल्कि प्रतिभागियों को “सीखते हुए कार्य करना” (Learning by Doing) की प्रक्रिया से जोड़ना है। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को सैद्धांतिक जानकारी के साथ-साथ व्यवहारिक अभ्यास, फील्ड विजिट, संवाद अभ्यास, डेमो, सर्वेक्षण, रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन तथा दैनिक होमवर्क दिया जाएगा।

Each day, the participants will be given the opportunity to do practical work related to the very topic taught that day. This will enable the participants to gain initial experience of working in real field situations by the end of the training.प्रत्येक दिन प्रतिभागियों को जो विषय सिखाया जाएगा, उसी से संबंधित व्यावहारिक कार्य करने का अवसर दिया जाएगा। इससे प्रशिक्षण समाप्त होने तक प्रतिभागियों को वास्तविक फील्ड परिस्थितियों में कार्य करने का प्रारंभिक अनुभव प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

Day One – Introduction & Basic Understandingपहला दिन – परिचय एवं आधारभूत समझ

On the first day of training, the participants will be given information about the organization's objectives, scope of work, social outlook and the major activities related to the project.प्रशिक्षण के प्रथम दिन प्रतिभागियों को संस्था के उद्देश्य, कार्यक्षेत्र, सामाजिक दृष्टिकोण एवं परियोजना से संबंधित प्रमुख गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी जाएगी।

It will be explained to them that the main aim of the project is to work by bringing together women's health, menstrual hygiene, awareness and livelihood opportunities.उन्हें यह समझाया जाएगा कि परियोजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य, मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता, जागरूकता एवं आजीविका के अवसरों को एक साथ जोड़कर कार्य करना है।

The participants will be told in detail about the project's structure, target beneficiaries, scope of work, activities, team structure and field work methodology.प्रतिभागियों को परियोजना की संरचना, लक्षित लाभार्थी, कार्यक्षेत्र, गतिविधियां, टीम संरचना और फील्ड कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जाएगा।

3. Basic Information on Menstrual Hygiene3. मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता की मूल जानकारी

The participants will be given basic information about the normal biological process of menstruation, the importance of hygiene, the use of safe means, changing on time and proper disposal.प्रतिभागियों को मासिक धर्म की सामान्य जैविक प्रक्रिया, स्वच्छता के महत्व, सुरक्षित साधनों के उपयोग, समय पर परिवर्तन तथा उचित निपटान की मूल जानकारी दी जाएगी।

4. Understanding Women's Current Problems4. महिलाओं की वर्तमान समस्याओं को समझना

There will be a discussion on the various social, economic and health-related challenges women face in the field.फील्ड में महिलाओं के सामने आने वाली विभिन्न सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी चुनौतियों पर चर्चा की जाएगी।

This will include understanding situations such as product availability, economic difficulty, lack of information, social hesitation, problems of personal hygiene and access to health services.इनमें उत्पाद की उपलब्धता, आर्थिक कठिनाई, जानकारी का अभाव, सामाजिक संकोच, निजी स्वच्छता की समस्या तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवा तक पहुंच जैसी परिस्थितियों को समझना शामिल होगा।

The participants will be given information about the concept, objectives, work methodology and women's participation of the “क्योरईज हेल्थ केयर सेनेटरी नैपकिन पैड” model.प्रतिभागियों को ““क्योरईज हेल्थ केयर सेनेटरी नैपकिन पैड”” मॉडल की अवधारणा, उद्देश्य, कार्यप्रणाली तथा महिलाओं की सहभागिता के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।

  • Each participant will be made to practice respectfully conversing with at least 5–10 women in her area.प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को अपने क्षेत्र में कम से कम 5–10 महिलाओं से सम्मानपूर्वक बातचीत करने का अभ्यास कराया जाएगा।

Day Two – Health & Awareness Trainingदूसरा दिन – स्वास्थ्य एवं जागरूकता प्रशिक्षण

On the second day, the training's main focus will be on women's health and menstrual hygiene awareness.दूसरे दिन प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य केंद्र महिला स्वास्थ्य एवं मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता जागरूकता रहेगा।

The participants will be given scientific and practical information about menstruation so that they can convey correct and responsible messages to women.प्रतिभागियों को मासिक धर्म के संबंध में वैज्ञानिक एवं व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी जाएगी, ताकि वे महिलाओं तक सही और जिम्मेदार संदेश पहुंचा सकें।

2. Possible Problems from Using Unhygienic Means2. अस्वच्छ साधनों के उपयोग से संभावित समस्याएं

Information will be given about problems such as skin irritation, rashes, discomfort and the risk of some infections from using unhygienic or damp means.अस्वच्छ या नम साधनों के उपयोग से त्वचा में जलन, रैशेज, असुविधा एवं कुछ संक्रमणों के जोखिम जैसी समस्याओं के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।

The participants will also be taught not to determine the cause of a health problem themselves and to advise the woman to consult a qualified health worker when needed.प्रतिभागियों को यह भी सिखाया जाएगा कि किसी स्वास्थ्य समस्या का कारण स्वयं निर्धारित न करें और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर महिला को योग्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी से परामर्श लेने की सलाह दें।

The participants will be given general information about the available menstrual hygiene options, and women will be encouraged to choose the suitable option according to their need, convenience and health condition.प्रतिभागियों को उपलब्ध मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता विकल्पों के बारे में सामान्य जानकारी दी जाएगी तथा महिलाओं को अपनी आवश्यकता, सुविधा और स्वास्थ्य स्थिति के अनुसार उपयुक्त विकल्प चुनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।

4. Correct Ways to Make Women Aware4. महिलाओं को जागरूक करने के सही तरीके

Special attention will be paid to respectful language, confidentiality, sensitivity and communication without pressure while talking to women.महिलाओं से बात करते समय सम्मानजनक भाषा, गोपनीयता, संवेदनशीलता और बिना दबाव के संवाद करने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।

5. Group Discussion and Practical Examples5. समूह चर्चा एवं व्यवहारिक उदाहरण

Through examples based on various real situations, the participants will be shown how to give patient and factual answers to women's questions.विभिन्न वास्तविक परिस्थितियों पर आधारित उदाहरणों के माध्यम से प्रतिभागियों को बताया जाएगा कि महिलाओं के प्रश्नों का धैर्यपूर्वक और तथ्यात्मक उत्तर कैसे दिया जाए।

  • Each participant will practice dialoguing with at least 5 women on menstrual hygiene.प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी कम से कम 5 महिलाओं के साथ मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता पर संवाद करने का अभ्यास करेगा।
  • Also, the questions asked by the women will be noted down and discussed in the next training session.साथ ही महिलाओं द्वारा पूछे गए प्रश्नों को नोट करके अगले प्रशिक्षण सत्र में चर्चा की जाएगी।

On the third day, the participants will be given training in the project's actual field work methodology.तीसरे दिन प्रतिभागियों को परियोजना की वास्तविक फील्ड कार्यप्रणाली का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।

1. The Process of House-to-House Survey1. घर-घर सर्वेक्षण की प्रक्रिया

The participants will be told how to do a house-to-house survey, how to collect the necessary information and how to maintain the confidentiality of the woman's personal information.प्रतिभागियों को बताया जाएगा कि घर-घर सर्वेक्षण कैसे किया जाए, आवश्यक जानकारी किस प्रकार एकत्र की जाए और महिला की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी की गोपनीयता कैसे बनाए रखी जाए।

2. Effective Communication with Women2. महिलाओं से प्रभावी संवाद

They will be taught to first introduce themselves during conversation, to state the purpose of the talk, to take the woman's permission, to listen to her and to give information as per need.संवाद के दौरान पहले परिचय देना, बातचीत का उद्देश्य बताना, महिला की अनुमति लेना, उसकी बात सुनना और आवश्यकता के अनुसार जानकारी देना सिखाया जाएगा।

The participants will be taught to give a simple and clear demonstration of the project's product/service/work methodology.प्रतिभागियों को परियोजना से संबंधित उत्पाद/सेवा/कार्यप्रणाली का सरल और स्पष्ट डेमो देना सिखाया जाएगा।

The purpose of the demonstration must be to give the woman correct information, not to create any kind of pressure on her.डेमो का उद्देश्य महिला को सही जानकारी देना होगा, न कि उस पर किसी प्रकार का दबाव बनाना।

4. The Registration Process4. रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया

The complete registration process will be explained to the participants step by step—प्रतिभागियों को रजिस्ट्रेशन की पूरी प्रक्रिया चरणबद्ध तरीके से समझाई जाएगी—

On the fourth day, the participants will be given information about the project's income and incentive system and the process of team building.चौथे दिन प्रतिभागियों को परियोजना की आय एवं प्रोत्साहन व्यवस्था तथा टीम निर्माण की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।

The participants will be given information about the prescribed arrangement of income/incentives available in the project, eligibility, work responsibilities and necessary conditions.प्रतिभागियों को परियोजना में उपलब्ध आय/प्रोत्साहन की निर्धारित व्यवस्था, पात्रता, कार्य की जिम्मेदारियों तथा आवश्यक शर्तों की जानकारी दी जाएगी।

It will be clearly explained that income is not a certain or automatically received amount for any individual, but can depend on prescribed work, eligibility, performance and the project's rules.स्पष्ट रूप से समझाया जाएगा कि आय किसी व्यक्ति के लिए निश्चित या स्वतः प्राप्त होने वाली राशि नहीं है, बल्कि निर्धारित कार्य, पात्रता, प्रदर्शन और परियोजना के नियमों पर निर्भर हो सकती है।

On the fifth day, the information learned throughout the training will be applied in real situations.पाँचवें दिन पूरे प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सीखी गई जानकारी को वास्तविक परिस्थितियों में लागू कराया जाएगा।

In real field situations, the participants will be made to practice contacting women, introducing themselves, communicating, giving information and presenting demonstrations.प्रतिभागियों को वास्तविक फील्ड परिस्थितियों में महिलाओं से संपर्क, परिचय, संवाद, जानकारी देना एवं डेमो प्रस्तुत करने का अभ्यास कराया जाएगा।

2. Conversation in Real Situations2. वास्तविक परिस्थिति में बातचीत

Practice will be done on various kinds of situations—विभिन्न प्रकार की परिस्थितियों का अभ्यास कराया जाएगा—

  • The woman is hesitant to take information.महिला जानकारी लेने में संकोच कर रही हो।
  • The woman has already received wrong information.महिला को पहले से गलत जानकारी मिली हो।
  • The woman is asking questions about the product.महिला उत्पाद के संबंध में प्रश्न पूछ रही हो।
  • The woman is mentioning an economic problem.महिला आर्थिक समस्या बता रही हो।
